Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RankinLLM, we aim to deliver clear, actionable AI-powered visibility and demand-intelligence insights.

Because our product is a subscription-based digital service, here is how cancellation and refunds work:

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at kartik@aurorallm.co
  • Cancellation will stop all future billing.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused features, or remaining subscription periods after cancellation.
  • Exceptions may apply in case of:
    • Duplicate payments
    • Accidental multiple subscriptions
    • Technical issues directly caused by RankinLLM resulting in unusable service
  • Refund decisions are made at RankinLLM's sole discretion.

Trials and Discounts

  • Any free trial can be canceled before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • Discounted plans are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.
