Because our product is a subscription-based digital service, here is how cancellation and refunds work:
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at kartik@aurorallm.co
- Cancellation will stop all future billing.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused features, or remaining subscription periods after cancellation.
- Exceptions may apply in case of:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental multiple subscriptions
- Technical issues directly caused by RankinLLM resulting in unusable service
- Refund decisions are made at RankinLLM's sole discretion.
Trials and Discounts
- Any free trial can be canceled before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Discounted plans are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.
